Shipping Rates
We ship to all 50 states, including APO/FPO addresses, through various Fulfillment Centers, each operating under its own shipping policy. For example, Amazon Prime Members receive free shipping according to Amazon’s Terms and Conditions. We also ship to select international destinations in certain cases.
International Shipping:
The buyer is responsible for all additional shipping costs, duties, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country. International orders are subject to customs regulations and may experience delays beyond our control.
Returns
We accept returns for Sigma Essentials products within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
Return Process: Contact the Fulfillment Center where you purchased the product (e.g., Amazon) to initiate a return. Items must be returned in sellable condition and original packaging.
International Return Shipping Costs:
- Fulfillment Center Orders: Return shipping costs are determined by the specific Fulfillment Center’s policy where you made your purchase. Some Fulfillment Centers may cover return shipping while others may charge the customer.
- Direct Sigma Essentials Orders: For products shipped directly by Sigma Essentials to international destinations, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item shipped).
- Customer Responsibility: International customers should verify return shipping policies with the specific Fulfillment Center before making a purchase.
Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, it will be processed and a refund issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Return shipping costs (when applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Defective or Damaged Items: Contact customer service at the Fulfillment Center where you purchased the product for replacement or refund. Do not dispose of defective or damaged items until instructed by a customer service agent, as we may require photos for documentation.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain products may be non-returnable due to health, safety, or hygiene reasons as determined by the Fulfillment Center’s policies.
Shipping Terms and Liability
Lost or Stolen Packages: Sigma Essentials is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once they show “delivered” status. We will not replace or refund orders for missing packages that show delivered.
Customer Responsibility: Once tracking information is provided, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier and customer. Contact your shipping carrier directly for lost package searches or to utilize any available shipping insurance.
No Shipping Insurance: Sigma Essentials does not provide shipping insurance coverage.
Delivery Security: We strongly recommend requesting signature confirmation for delivery if you have security concerns about your delivery location.
Additional Disclaimers
Weather and Natural Disasters: Shipping delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other acts of nature are beyond our control and may affect delivery times.
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Additional fees may apply for address corrections or package rerouting.
Fulfillment Center Policies: All returns and exchanges are subject to the specific policies of the Fulfillment Center where the purchase was made.
Policy Changes: This shipping and return policy is subject to change without notice and may vary by Fulfillment Center.
